Comments & Communications

When employees or visitors leave comments or communicate through internal portal forms, we collect the data shown in the form, along with the user’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection and ensure portal security.

Media

If you upload images or official documents (such as ID proofs or profile pictures) to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Uploaded documents are stored securely on our servers for company verification purposes only.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in to the employee dashboard, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Administrators can see and edit employee information at any time.

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase your personal data. However, this does not include any data we are legally obliged to keep for administrative, legal, payroll, or security purposes.
