5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
As an employee of Print Everyday, you will have access to sensitive company information, client details, design assets, and internal software systems. You strictly agree not to share, sell, distribute, or leak any company data or trade secrets to unauthorized third parties. Any breach of this confidentiality clause will result in immediate termination and severe legal action.
6. Account Termination
Print Everyday reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your portal account and your employment at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, provide false information during recruitment, or fail to perform your designated duties.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the standard corporate laws. Any disputes relating to employment, payments, or portal usage will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Print Everyday operates.
